Retirement Annuity Claim

<p>My mother had a retirement annuity fund. She passed away 2 years ago and I have been trying to claim the funds. I have been to the N1 City branch and have submitted all required documents and was told a claim investigator will be in contact with me within 10 working days. This was last year May, I have since followed up every month and visited the head office in Bellville just to receive the same response - that a claim investigator will be in contact with me in 10 working days. My last communication was with Manie Basson who has tried to esculate the matter and also came back with the same response. This was this year May and now we are at end of June. Dealing with your company I can only say two thing, there is a lack of professionalism and it seems no one has the real knowledge to do the jobs they are there for.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have to contact a consultant every month trying to resolve the matter and it only bring up all the emotional things that my whole family are still trying to come to terms with. I would really like this to come to a conclusion so that we can also move on.</p>
