Retirement Annuity Claim

I lodged in my Retirement Annuity forms on the 27th of October 2021 and I was told that the payout will take a month however I should do a follow up by the 12th of November 2021. Till this day I haven't received my payout. I really need the money to survive. Please pay my money Old Mutual.
