Retirement annuity beneficiary claim

Submit a retirement annuity claim on behalf of my late mother on the 2nd of January 2021. Till today that claim has not been processed with NO response from Old Mutual. I have been calling and visiting the branch since. No answer as to why the delay. As a result my sister couldn’t register for her studies this year, since she was counting on receiving the monies.
