Retirement annuity
I have a retirement annuity. I canceled the policy and they told me that I will receive my money back within 21 days because I have less than R14 000. About 16 days later I receive a message from old mutual that I cannot receive my money because it is more than R15 000. I'm just shocked because I have statement showing that it is less than that.
