I app**** for a payment from my retirement account. You phone Old Mutual and the minimum time you are on the phone is 1hr40minutes. They promise to phone you back, tell you they have sent an email to your financial provider. Nothing was received by him it is 1 August today and still no payout has been received and nobody can provide me why I am still waitiing for my payout.
