retirement annuity

i clap twice for oldmutuals consultants and call centre agents i must say im very dissapointed with their services <br> My mom passed away early septemeber and she had a retirement annuity with old mutual i took leave from work to sort out her estate . i then went to vosloorus branch the consultant printed forms for and i was told to provide them with my moms death certificate and copy of her id ,after 3days i called the call centre to ask if they have received my documents they said no . i then went to old mutual head office in johannesburg they gave me forms to fill and i was told when i bring back the forms i must also bring letter of excutor ,certified copy of death certificate<br> , and copy of my id , as per their request i have filled the forms and brought them back with all ncessary document when , then a consultant told me that the letter of excutor is not enough to put in the claim i must again go to the high court to get a form called notice of death ,i went back i got the form and i was told to go back again to get some others forms i found it very ironic why dont i get a consultant who will tell me excatly which forms and what else i should bring to process the claim .
