Retired woman still has no pension pay out

My poor retired mother has waited from October until now and her pension has still not come through. She spent the entire festive season without any money because Old Mutual cannot get their affairs in order. It is so unacceptable, the anxiety, despair and stress that she has had to suffer. She needs to get paid out immediately!!
