Retiral payout

Dear old mutual adminstration im deeply disappointed with the overly delayed turn around time of 15 working days which im in the 69 day in waiting.My ***..Please kindly ensure this money gets paid as soon as possible because this conflicts with the SLA and im in anticipation to liase with the customer protection bodies..nb:the service i received from the financial planner who assisted with the claim was fantastic and a compliment may be granted to her..however the expired turn around time is distasteful
