Restricted investment

Very disappointed ☹️ & angry 😡 wit old mutual I was investing money for my kids education . Due to unforeseen Situation COVID I’m unable to pay my premium and I stopped paying due to unemployment… I wanted to withdraw my money since I’m told it does not add any interest and I can take it anytime , I’m surprised the branch says my money is restricted until 2025 ..no reason given nd customer complains don’t reply emails ,
