Waiting for a payment from O/M regarding a pension fund which I have with them, instruction was given to make payment 23 February and was originally told this process takes 2-4 weeks, now it has been 8 weeks and have not yet been paid out, initially there would be no problem but if I am told 2-4 weeks I expect 2-4 weeks...<br> have been in communication with Gustav via email because dealing with their call centre is 10 times worse and I do not understand the intellect of the call centre staff, Gustav advised last week payment will be made on Friday.. now after I have sent him 5 follow up emails I have not yet received a reply and he does not answer his phone(office & cell)
