Response time for feedback
I am so sad and a very angry client towards old mutual
I have sent numerous emails for a service two weeks. Still no response on email Called in 10 times today never received joy or get connected
If ita not an *********** agent transfering from. Pillar to post
Its then putting you on hold for two hour
WhatsApp services not working
Been a valuable customer to them for years but this experience just made me so disappointed
