I was very impressed after my complaint how quickly the issue was resolved. A turn around time of six weeks was turned into only one and a half week. Nicolette gave constant feedback, always professional and fly the brand name high. She is a true ambassador for old mutual and if all staff had her commitment fewer complaints and more compliments will be the result. Thank you Nicolette du Toit you turned my frown into a smile.
