Requested withdrawal amount short.
The requested amount was not paid in full only paid R21;81. Reference CED***-1 policy no ***1 I waited more than 5 days yet got paid the incorrect amount. No happy at all.

04 Feb 2026, 16:06It's clear old mutual is ****ming its clients. The email I received says nothing about paying my money but tells me about the money recently deducted on my persal after I cancelled, which will reflect clearly on their system on the 6th February. They owe me that one too but now I need the one I requested to withdraw that was taken from my December salary. Instead of paying me full amount they paid me lousy R27 something. I am disappointed and angry cause I work hard for my money to taken like a donation without my permission.

Please check my payslip for September 30 when first premium was taken.30 September 31 October 30 November 31 December 31 January
The last one was end of January.
So then count how much is that including the recent one?The R21 was short cause I requested R1018 that was shown reflecting only my portal for the 31 December 2025.
To think that you will still continue to rob me for 3 months makes angry 😡.
So this is just day light *******.I will releal not do business with old mutual and will warn all my colleagues at work and show them proof of my claim.
I am upset and very disappointed 😞
