REQUESTED 5% INCREASE TO BE STOPPED IN 2013

IMED***..... I am not going to send any letter because I did not ask you to decrease my policy. All what I wanted from you is to stop the 5% increase, if you still want to retain me as your client you will reimburse all the money you took from me *******ly & stop that 5% of yours. Old Mutual, your service is so pathetic. I regret the day I took the policy with your stupid broker who doesn't even give a damn about his clients... you will reimburse the money you took from me *******ly since 2013 when I sent you the instruction to stop increasing my policy with 5%.....thanks for nothing
