Request refund

I resigned and went to old mutual on 03February 2016 to withdraw my retirement annuity, but was told i must wait 10yrs until i am 55years ols. According to their online Information it states that retrenchment, dismissal or resignation covers for an imnediate payout. it does nit state a certain amount before payout. i need my money as i need to consolidate debts as i am now unemployed. i cannot wait 10years for my own money, knowing that i resigned.
