Request for refund

I made a claim for refund regarding the policy that I do not know. I've never taken any policy with old mutual. Old mutual is still taking R296 even though I opened a ***** case.

I'm not happy at all. No response on when old mutual is going to pay back my money. I opened a case for ***** 2 months ago.
