Request for my refund

I have had a very bad experience, missed 2 installment on my life cover, and wanted to settle the areas so that I don't lose my cover, I gave them a call and was adviced that im still under grace and should visit the nearest branch, i then went to their Eyethu mall branch were it was confirmed that I'm under grace and i should pay R970 of which i did, this was in August, and i went to send a proof of payment the following at their Ghandi Square, to my suprise i was told that i was not suppose to have paid that amount because the policy lapsed, they then lodged a refund for me in August and i was advice to wait 20 days, after 30 days i went back to enquire about my refund and they lodged another refund saying the first was unsuccessful that was on 03 October and still no refund has been made still.
