Request for help to stop the ********** policy which was opened with out my knowledge and approval. May also get

My Siphakamile Manciya. In May 2026 I noticed that Old Mutual was deducting some money from my salary for the policy I never opened with them. It's reference No. is ***. Upon realizing this I went to their Mdantsane branch to report the matter and request them to stop this ********** policy. I was to that the matter will be investigated and I will be assisted. In November now and the money is **********ly deducted from my personal for the policy which I never even opened with Old Mutual. I don't know what to do now please help me.
