***** representatives activating unauthorized policies

It has come to my attention that Old mutual has some ***** representatives, I do hold policies with them but upon reviewing my salary advise, there were more policies activated under my name without my knowledge or authorization. I have laid a formal complaint and been following up but I have to date not received a response. Mind you, these policies were opened under a different cell nr and when I visited the branch I saw this cell nr is the 1 linked to the representative who 'opened' these policies.
