On April 21, 2022, I asked for my benefits to be decreased, but only some of them were. Since then, I've asked why they didn't reduce the other benefits. I've only received emails that a manager would get in touch with me, and its now November 4, 2022, and I'm still waiting. The level of service is quite terrible.
