Repayment of money

I have opted in for a funeral policy from Old Mutual. I made sure they understand that the policy should only commence from April and should not deduct money in March. They reaponded with a sms confirming above, however ended up taking money in March. I cancelled the policy within the presribed time, because I am not interested in doing business when they cannot even follow a simple request. I am still waiting on the return of the money they took. I received an email stating the policy was cancelled as requested and that they owe me nothing, however, my bankstatement shows a very clear deduction from them. I want my money back!!!
