Removal of security section on my life insurance policy.

I had a home loan with Nedbank, I sold my house July 2021 went to old mutual branch at Cresta mall requesting them to remove the home loan on my life insurance as a section security as my house is sold out now.

Was requested to send the documents of proof, I went back on the 20th September 2021 with the relevant documents, and was told that Nedbank home loan will be removed on my policy as a security within two weeks, till now almost a year after it is not yet been removed..

I send old mutual emails regarding this no one responded to my emails. I'm asking my self what must I do now for Nedbank home loan to be removed on my policy as that house is being sold out.
