Release funds

Old mutual group scheme, I called for assistance regarding my funeral and kids investment. I was told to complete a surrender(investment) form which I did that was on Thur, today I call to ask regarding funds released am told that I did not submit my ID, proof of address and proof of account. This is in day 5 only now they telling me that. Fine I send it, again I was told that I will get an sms stating or confirming process and when funds will be available (escalated), I still didn't get the sms. All this is between three ladies Melissa, Michelle and Cayleigh(pardon in spelling). Old mutual I want my money tomorrow at 12, I did mention to the ladies that am going through financial difficulties hense the surrendering of the policy.
