REINSTATE MY POLICY

I went to the branch to request old mutual to re instead my policy after I received a communication that my policy has laps, I don't understand how because I re instead my policy in March. They even fail to find my payments but I sent them my prove of payment. PLEASE FIX MY POLICY reference number is CEB***
