REINSTATE MY POLICY

<p> </p> <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt;"><font size="3" color="#000000" face="Calibri">I went to old mutual branch in sunny park (09/04/16) to make changes in my funeral plan. It was me and my extendedant member. I was ***isted by an Idiot called Rose Moetapile, I told her I want to remove me, my mother, father, brother and sister and only leave one person whom I have covered twice. I even told her the names of the people am removing and she was also confirming. After making me sign whatever it was, I asked her to tell me how much I will be paying for the remaining member and she told me she could not check as she has already went out of the system. I left and told myself that I was going to see on my pay slip. Yesterday I checked my payslip and there was no deduction. Ai called your call centre and they told me that I have surrender everything. That was not my request, reinstate my policy or bring back all my premium I have paid for my sister because I did not cancel any thing. And also give that idiot extra training on customer service and how to do her job. I will not be losing out my premiums because of an idiot who does not know how to do her job properly. </font></p> <p> </p>
