Registration update

<p>After being transferred to 4 people I still have not got any assistance as to why I can't register online and why there is money missing from my contributions amount. The first lady says none of my information is updated so she transfers me, the next lady told me my information is up to date so if there is an error in registering online and the details do not match then I can't register and just transfers me to payroll and of course payroll transfers me to someone else so I hung up. This whole process took over 20 minutes and I still have no answers as to where my money is and why i cannot register. Disgusting!!!! I wish I could cancel my policy and give it to a company that actually values their customers.</p>
