Refusing to release my RA funds
Please note that I have made numerous calls to Old mutual to follow up on the Form J and tax certificate and every time I did, they escalated it to the OM Section14 manager, Karen Keytel. It’s apparent that all my efforts were in vain as Karen did nothing with it and hence the FORM H expired. This case has been going on since September 2024.
Old Mutual is refusing to release my RA funds. I’m trying to move to Discovery. They are sending from pillar to post.
