Refusing to payout
We emailed the Complaints Department on 5 February and again on 10 February regarding my dispute on my policy. I took out the cover 2004 and in 2005 recived the diagnoses and in 2020 had the operation and hence my claim. Then I am told that Old Mutual want to cancel my cover and will not pay out anything. To date, we have not received any response from the Complaints Department. Could someone please assist with this matter, as the dispute remains unresolved? We would appreciate your urgent attention and feedback
