Refusing to furnish medical results

My proposal Number from Old Mutual is: ***4 Old Mutual has been playing hide and sick in furnishing my medical results to my physician. I have been anxiously waiting for two weeks to get my medical results from Old Mutual. My physician has also contacted me today informing me that she has not received my results from Old Mutual. On the 9th of October I received this email from one of service consultant admin person (Maahirah Jamal, ***(email) "As per out telecom, because of client confidentiality and sensitiveness of results, we are unable to disclose your results with you. Your results will get sent to your doctor and you need to make an appointment to see your doctor regarding this results'. Today is the 21st, we have not received results from Old Mutual. My doctor could have counselling me accordingly. They have no rights to keep my results.
