refusing to cancel contract

I was called about an investment policy and took out 2. During this time i discovered i was also paying a brokers fees making the actual investment less and i enquired about a direct investment and was told its impossible.i continued but bought a house so requested a pay break.also a long run around then got it. During this break i asked for policies to be cancelled.i have emailed numerous times requesting cancellation - as permitted by contract law,and to date its still active and i am told i am in arrears. As an indigenous descendant, protected by the un,as signed by sa gov,its appalling to keep me hostage to policies i demand in writing be cancelled. I am so adamant i have new policy with a bank,and a new operational bank account. Continued debits of the old account is ******* because i put in writing,my request for cancellation.please revoke these arrears also as policy should have been cancelled. I will pursue - and publicise - this bullying policies that protects the company,not the client. Bad show old mutual,bad show
