Refused to pay retirement
I have cancelled retirement annuity with old mutual at nearest branch, they refused to pay my money back and said I must wait until I have 55 years or I die because I invested more than R7000. I have their contract with me, no clause mention R7000... If they refuses to pay while I'm still alive what about when I'm dead? The experience makes me to cancel all policies I have with the company.
