Refused to pay active funeral cover claim on the basis of my divorce, despite my account being up to date

Absolutely shoddy pay out system . This company refused to pay for funeral policy which is currently up to date and not in arrears, simply on the basis of my divorce. The policy is still active and i pay diligently every month .

i am absolutely disappointed and hope that i can get assistance with this ,as i am a main member, regardless of my divorce
