Refuse to payout

I cancelled my retirement annuity on the 1st of November 2019 and I haven't received the payment the consultants in kuilsriver branch they keep on extending the days that I must wait and it's almost month end... If it's difficult for old mutual to give me my money while I'm still alive how much more when I'm no longer alive or going on pension that means me and my kids will starve because I really don't know what's difficult with giving me my money because if this was a loan I would have got it long time

You promised me yesterday that you will send me an email with all the details of what you need from so that you can process my funds. It's over 24 hours now and I haven't received the email. Maybe you decided that I will not get my money from you, you gonna keep it for yourselves. If that's the case tell me so that I can stop running after old mutual. Because I really don't know what's the hold up with my money from the 1st of Nov now we are going to the 1st of Dec yo still keeping my money for the reasons that I don't know.. If you are not going to payout my money please tell me
