REFUSE TO PAY OUT
I have waiting for feedback from these people since the 16 December 2021,all documents were submitted to them regarding investment payouts, Iv sent numerous emails no responses from them, or they keep asking for the same paperwork over and over again!!! OLd mutual when do you ever pay out people’s monies on time????? This is pathetic, I’m realy tired and will expose you

12 Jan 2022, 11:21I have not yet been assisted, there was 2 policies pending but apparently 1 has been sorted, what about the 2nd one??? The gentleman keeps saying I must attach pdf, I have attached all papers so many times!! I’m just not sure what more do these old mutual ppl need from me!!!
