Refuse to assist despite me pleading!

i had a retirement annuity with old mutual since 2007. unfortunately i had tocancel a few months ago due to financial difficulty.i called the call centre numerous times for assistance to withdraw my funds (app R30k) as i need it desperately. the agents refused toassist in any way stating the i had to wait until i was 60 years old to access those funds. i am currently 35!!!!!! i even offered to get an affidavid done stating that i need the funds as i am in major financialdifficulty. every operator i spoke to refused to even check with someone in a higher position. just said it isnt possible. i still have a life insurance with old mutual and plan on staying with them if i can afford it. can someone please help as i cannot wait until 60! i need the money now to try and save what i can and take care of my 2 babies.....
