Refusal to process and pay claim

Ive claimed on 01/12/2021 and a day later my mariral status was chnages to divorce without any form of communicatiin as to why. A legal home affairs document was then submitted 6 times, emails written to almost all available Old mutual and i must say "Poor" does not even begin to describe their service. To date, no call nor written responses why theyre deliberately delaying to pay my claim even when i have visited the home affairs and my status remain single. This organisation provides email adresses which they know no one will respond to emails coming *** and ***. it rather pathetic to a point they themselves dont even state what exactly lead to the divorce status on their system and also what i documents are needed. And definitely this will be prolonged propably because i have now gone public and also in my emails i did mention the fact that several people have had similar experiences from Old mutual when it had to pay their claims, the divorce decree was the reason wven when the person eas claiming for a funeral policy. I will never ever consider any product with this organisation even after speaking to their consultant Lebo at Southgate on possible investments i would want to take up, its a damn shame!
