Refusal to close *****ently opened policies

Old mutual is refusing to close **********ly opened policies that were opened under name.I have contributed to those policies for years now. I did not instruct any one from old mutual to opened policy ***9 and ***0. I have contributed less R7000 on each policy however, is citing that I can only close those policies at the age of 55.I have legit retirement annuity policy with them already , why should I open extra policy other increasing the current policy premium.

Please old mutual pay out those policies ,its my money that was deducted **********ly.

Please close those policies individual , and pay out my money that you were taking from my account .
