REFUSAL TO ACCEPT RATES AND TAXES

I went to old mutual in Pretoria CBD Madiba and Thabo Sehume streets to open a new bank account I had with me my ID copy and rates and taxes statement as my proof of residence The front desk lady refused to help me because the rates and taxes statement is titles Estate late with my details and the consultant asked what it meant and i told her She said to me that they cannot help me because of the title To my surprise It was for the first time being given that kind of excuse because I have always been using that document as my proof of residence
