Refusal of refund.

So when spree decided not to refund me for a canceled(not by myself) order I decided to chaise the funds with my bank. The funds cleared on the 19th of June and on the 29th I went to claim via OM. I have been chasing this up only to be told on the 2nd of October that my claim has been rejected! Nonsense, I have sent them all the proof they wanted including a screenshot of an email spree sent me to advise that they won't be paying the money and that I should claim via my ban****! R600 is not spare change.

I have had nothing but the worst service. I don't even want to talk about an investment plan I set up which was canceled without my knowledge and I wouldn't have known had I not called up to chaise up the paper work.

IT IS SICKENING AND I WILL TAKE IT FURTHER!!!!

I'm still waiting for the visa law that stipulates that you can't reverse the Eft and the instructions to forward to spree on how they can find the funds(this is in response to your email)
