Refusal of payment

Good day

I submitted a claim on the 12th January 2022 this year and I haven't receive a feedback or follow-ups from the company regarding the claim. I submitted all the necessary documents that was requested from me. This was not expected from the big company like old mutual at all, my family is using this company and now I'm getting this kind of a service from them.
