Refusal of investment payout

Actually old Mutual deserves no star rating!! They claim to help people but they don’t! I have an investment with them and after some financial difficulties i decided to make it payed up so they refuse to give me my money claiming that the policy is on “Restriction “ . How I’m I expected to borrow money when I have money stashed away at old Mutual and it’s not even getting any interest! Old ****** that’s what they are.
