Refunds
I had a policy from Old mutual and I cancelled it but they kept on deducting after I have cancelled the policy 3 times..on the 7th of July 2022 I called and they said I must send them proof which I did send my 3 months payslips huvbj only got 1 refund and my case was closed when I tried to query again..till today I have been calling and calling to no rescue in their OMP department...They only only telling me to wait 5 days..their service is so pathetic..

I would love to find out when will I get the rest of my refund money because I only got 2 premiums and they suppose to be 3 premiums because when I call on that call centre number m being told to wait for 40days which is I don't I don't understand at all...Reference number CET ***
