refund request not attended to.
I am very disappointed with old Mutual, there's is a policy under my name which lapsed in 2023 according to the books, however the policy is still deducting from my payslip, o have been to the branch onore than two occasions, and submitted all supporting documents and proof so I can get a refund of all premiums deducted.The sad part is that I am not receiving any communication regarding my complaint, no progress report whatsoever.
