Refund request for deductions on cancelled policy.

I took out a policy with Old Mutual on 17 October 2025, assisted by Kgontse Makeketa. The policy included funeral cover and disability cover, and payments were arranged via stop order. In February 2026, my policy was cancelled due to non-payment. However, at the end of February, a deduction still appeared on my payslip for this cancelled policy. I am concerned about how I can be charged for a policy that was already terminated. I kindly request a refund for the deduction made in February for the cancelled policy. If this matter is not resolved in by Friday, I will be forced to cancel all my policies with Old Mutual and move to a competitor. Please confirm receipt of this request and advise on the refund process.
