REFUND REQUEST AND CANCELLATION OF A POLICY

I went to old mutual to cancel the policy on December that has deducted twice on my salary I've also requested a refund , I haven't got my refund back and again they have deducted on January I'm afraid they'll still going to deduct tomorrow , I don't need this policy I haven't signed any agreement and what makes me more mad is that they are deducting straight from my salary I can't even reverse it
