Refund request

Good day,

To whom it may concern,

I would like to say old mutual is bad,I am here for the second time because I have been sent from pillar to post walked into the branch only to find out that the refund request was not done on a FCR,I was told the had log another case and the consultant was good but the bank is bad with its long processes. CASE NUMBER CEB***,I will never ever use this bank again the penality for surrendering this account is bad took almost half of the money I was investing .

It's day two no call no email on a case that was logged last week had to open another one and these is no feedback thus *****his is really frustrating OLD MUTUAL CAN I PLEASE HAVE

Old mutual must just close unprofessional,********* and would not advise anyone to use it why call me when you have to refund my money and lie about calling me this bank is frustrating.
