Refund on funeral benefit over payment

<p>My wife has been overpaying old mutual via eft from January 2016 until April 2017 the amount that varied from R150 to R200. The premium policy for 2017 increased to R137. We logged an enquiry regarding the matter 2 weeks ago and at first i was told they have not received the proof of payment which i had proof that it was send. On 4th June we received an email advised that the refund will be paid to my wifes account. Today we call old mutual and we are advised that the refund is R275 which was paid into my wifes account today. I dont know how they got to R275 but i need answers to advise what happened to the rest of the over payment.</p>
