Refund of Premium on cancelled retirement fund

Good day. In December 2014 I signed up a retirement annuity policy with old mutual. On the 20th of January 2015 I proceeded to Old mutual Schemes Lenasia to cancel the Policy. The assisting consultant Rachel forwarded an email to the relevant retirement Fund department informing them that i am cancelling the said Policy. However the first Premium deductions continued from my salary at the end of July 2015. The deductions continued for the months of March,April,May,June and July 2015. I July 2015 I was requested by Old mutual to forward them a signed Letter of cancelation and copies of my Bank Statement and Salary advices. To day I have not received my refund nor did I receive any emails with regards to their intention. I require my full refund as I approached Old Mutual to cancel the policy a whole month before the first premium was deducted. Thus is very poor service by old Old Mutual.
