Refund of cancelled policies

I cancelled funeral policies Nov 2023 till this day deductions are continuing from my payslip.i visited the nearest branch and have sent countless emails with no resolution.at this point I'm asking myself if I should also cancel the existing life cover I have with them.All I need is refund from Dec 2023 to April 2024.im so disappointment
