Refund of cancelations
I canceled about funeral policies in February this year with Old Mutual. They are still deducting money with stop order and everytime they supposed to refund me I have to call them or visit their branch, but I don't get full refund after those efforts I'm done. Last time I visited their branch I had hope that I'll get full refund of 2 months but they didn't pay my refund accordingly. This is a first bad experience with Old Mutual since I was a client in 18 years.
